After announcing the phone a month ago at IFA, Sony has launched its new flagship Android smartphone – Xperia XZ in India. The smartphone is aimed at photography enthusiasts as it comes with 23MP rear camera, 13MP front camera and is world’s first smartphone with 5-axis video stabilization.
The Xperia XZ comes with IP68 certification for dust and water resistance and has a glass/metal body. It features a 5.2-inch full HD IPS display protected by Gorilla Glass 4. Hardware specifications include Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 3GB RAM, 64GB storage and a 2,900mAh battery. The dual-SIM device has microSD slot for storage expansion (up to 256GB card supported), stereo speakers, USB Type-C port and fingerprint scanner. For connectivity, you get 4G with VoLTE, WiFi ac, WiFi Direct.
